Julieta Innova
I am Julieta Innova, a professional in finance and international business with a solid track record in the advertising sector. Throughout my career, I have worked for more than six years in advertising and marketing agencies, serving as an account executive, purchasing executive, producer of business events and logistics coordinator. I have had the privilege of managing renowned accounts such as Oracle, Chivas, ExxonMobil and Bancolombia.
In 2016, I founded my own marketing agency in Colombia, where I combined my experience in advertising and events to offer quality services to our clients. In 2020, during the pandemic, I saw the opportunity to expand and cross borders, so I arrived in New Jersey with the intention of pursuing a master's degree in digital marketing, but for personal reasons I had to postpone my studies.
In that process I decided to reinvent myself and look for new opportunities, that's how I entered the world of mixology, studying to become a bartender. This new skill allowed me to work in prominent restaurants in the area, perfecting my cocktail techniques and expanding my experience in the social and business events sector.
Working as a Bartender and waitress gave me a unique perspective on service and protocol and allowed me to learn concepts from decorators, florists, hostesses, pastry chefs, chefs, photographers and cocktail experts. This extensive training has provided me with comprehensive knowledge about event organization and the importance of creating unforgettable moments.
In addition, I have established a network of contacts with professionals who develop incredible work and who are part of my work team. Together we offer 360 solutions to guarantee that each event is a unique and memorable experience.
